App store providers (including Apple App Store and Google Play) are not responsible for the App, its content or its maintenance.

17. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, profits or business opportunities, or decisions made based on information provided by the App.

Our total liability is limited to CHF 150 or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law, whichever is higher.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for intent, gross negligence or other liability that cannot be excluded under Swiss law.

You warrant that your use of the App complies with applicable laws, that you will not misuse the App, and that you will not infringe any third-party rights.

23. Subscriptions, Purchases and Refunds

Purchases may be processed via Apple App Store, Google Play or other authorized payment providers. We do not store payment card details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time via your platform account settings. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.

After cancellation, access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.

24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding conflict of law rules.

The competent courts at the developer's place of residence in Switzerland shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
